Ellen Hutton, MS, LPC

In 2010, Ellen earned her Master of Science Degree from Southern Methodist University. Ellen also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science Degree with specializations in Applied Behavior Analysis and Sociology from the University of North Texas.  

In her private practice, Ellen divides her time working with individuals negotiating the many different life challenges.  She also works with families involved in high conflict family law litigation.

Ellen was born and raised in Allen Park, Michigan, a small town suburb of Detroit.  She still considers herself a Michigander at heart, but has made Dallas her home since 1998.  Ellen is a mom of two almost grown good-hearted kids. Outside of counseling, Ellen spends time with her husband, kids and two rescue Brittany Spaniels!  She enjoys activities such as hiking, skiing, running and road trips to Colorado!
